Tonight on BBV, Mateo spoke openly about his relationship with Brikena, recounting an event that, according to him, still "hangs" with him.
Brikena first explained her version, emphasizing that there was only one meeting between them a few years ago, without any correspondence or follow-up. She said that she felt hurt by some of Mateo's statements, which according to her did not correspond to the truth, but emphasized that she did not act out of revenge and that she maintains respect for him. Brikena added that there was no mutual interest and that Mateo, according to her, is using this story as part of the game.
On the other hand, Mateo gave a different version of the incident. He admitted that there was consent between them and that during the meeting in Pristina they even exchanged kisses. According to him, the problem started when Brikena's family members intervened directly.
Mateo said that while waiting to meet her, he was stopped by people who asked him to account for his relationship with Brikena. According to him, the situation became even more tense when her father and then her uncle joined the conversation, who asked him to cut off all contact.
"It was a responsibility I couldn't bear. Things got complicated before they even started properly," said Mateo, adding that after these episodes they decided to stop communicating.
