If Basha was "captured", what about Berisha today, with how many files is he held hostage by the government?

For several weeks now, the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in every meeting, rostrum or press conference, has found time to attack the former leader of this political force, Lulzim Basha.
Despite the fact that Basha doesn't seem like a big shot, the information that he moves between Washington and Brussels apparently worries Berisha, who seems to have everything, except for what Basha is thought to have, which he lacks.
Even in this Tuesday's meeting with the Democrats of unit number 4 in the capital, Berisha returned to the attacks on Lulzim Basha, accusing him of being a hostage of Edi Rama. Exactly with two files, according to Berisha: "They had opened two files, one for the Toyota Yaris and one for Russian financing. And in the morning they would call him to the prosecutor's office, in the evening he would go to Agaçi. In this way they had the opposition under control."
Regardless of whether or not this claim by Sali Berisha is true, what is known is that these accusations, in addition to being made by the Socialist Party for a long time, were also taken up by him during the period of the first Foltores, repeating for a long period to Lulzim Basha precisely the accusations that his political opponents had once made.
However, if we take for granted that Basha's opposition was controlled through files opened by the government, which is not true as long as none of those accusations were turned into a criminal charge, then what can we say about the mountain of problems that Berisha himself has with justice, starting with the case that is being tried, the 'Partizani' case, but also other cases that he has in the process of opening, such as the property investigation against him and his children, the case of January 21, which the Strasbourg Court has described as a state crime, and which SPAK is investigating, the case of Gërdec, which involved his family members, or other cases that may be opened and may come up.
If we are to accept and believe Berisha's logic towards Basha, it is clear that today's opposition continues to be held hostage by Edi Rama, as long as Berisha has so many problems with justice and is open to remaining in opposition forever just so he doesn't lose the privilege of opposition leader, so that he can be shielded from justice.
It's exactly the same argument: Berisha is a hostage of power because of the large files and the problems he has with the justice system. We don't know who he's having dinner with at his house for the Bazaar, but according to his accusations against Basha yesterday, someone should definitely go to him today.
