The show "Në Shënjestër" published new data from the SPAK file this Tuesday, which talks about one of them, Rezart Kuçi, who continued to perform his duties in the State Police.
Kuçi, at the time he ordered his drug shipment, was the head of crime investigation in Vlora and also owned boats.
The former police officer was the orderer and possessor of 400 kg of cocaine trafficked from Spain to Germany in December 2020, but seized by German authorities.
The order he had made in partnership with Arben Memishaj , who was declared wanted.
The Police Officer was not only involved in international drug trafficking, but also assisted the criminal syndicate of Hajrulla and Matodashaj with information from within the State Police.
An investigation that, according to SPAK, had actually begun in 2022, precisely against this structured criminal group, which also ordered murders, with Inez Hajrulla herself at the helm.
There is evidence that police officer Rezart Kuçi, who currently held the position of head of the section at the Scientific Police in Kukës, used his position to assist the group's criminal activity.
He has provided logistics for the transportation of narcotics, has extracted confidential information on police checks, and has interfered with mobile devices by deleting data of interest to the investigation, and has used the TIMS system for the interests of persons involved in criminal activity.
More specifically, he is the person who ordered 400 kilograms of cocaine trafficked from Spain to Germany in December 2020, which were subsequently seized by German authorities.
Previously, Rezart Kuçi held positions in the DVP in Vlora, Fier, Tirana and Kukës.
Meanwhile, he carried out this trafficking in collaboration with Arben Memishaj and other members of the criminal group, who had also invested in vessels for drug transportation.
The second police officer, whose circumstances are still unknown, was detained in Switzerland, and is Hamzë Demushi.
Previously convicted of drug trafficking.
But what is noticeable in the spectrum of this organization is the diversity of the incriminated characters.

But the above drug trafficking episodes are not the only ones of the criminal organization led by Inez Hajrulla.
Another documented episode is that of about 14 kilograms of cocaine seized by the Greek Police in Patras.

Where from the communications it resulted that this vehicle was transporting another load of drugs destined for Italy, a transport organized by Argest Xhezani, in collaboration with other persons.
Seizures of cannabis sativa narcotics have also been documented, including 227 kilograms seized at the Ipsala customs point in Turkey in July 2020 and around 500 kilograms seized at the Bogorodica border crossing in North Macedonia in March 2021, which were suspected of being transported by trucks to Turkey via Greece.
According to investigations, the criminal group had set up sophisticated financial mechanisms to make payments and finance the purchase of narcotics in Latin America, while transportation was carried out via sea and land routes to European Union countries.
Another controversial character associated with the Hajrulla group is Mendu Duka, who is suspected of cocaine trafficking.
He turns out to be a co-shareholder in several powerful companies.
Duka is almost a non-existent person for Albanian authorities, while he is wanted by Germany for trafficking.
The SPAK investigation so far is just the tip of the iceberg, but if the Hajrulla group and rival groups are investigated to the end, perhaps one of the bloodiest sagas in the country will emerge.
And perhaps through this investigation, light can also be shed on mafia disappearances in Vlora, such as that of Elvis Troqe or Albano Xhaferri, as well as the mafia execution with a long-range sniper of Gëzim Sinomati, the son of Sokol Sinomati, known as Sokol Buzëderri, a former member of Gaxhai's gang.
Inez Hajrulla is still at large and his whereabouts are unknown, or whether he was notified in time about the police operation in his area of operation before he was arrested.
To the surprise of investigators, members of Inez Hajrulla's group were staying only on the 8th floors of buildings in the Uji i Ftohtë area.
