The show "Në Shënjestër" on News24 with author Klodiana Lala, published this Tuesday details from the SPAK file on Inez Hajrulla, or as she is known, the "strong one" of Vlora, who escaped the operation on the orders of the SPA, together with his friend Ervis Matodashaj, on March 7, in Orikum.
According to SPAK's file data, Inez Hajrulla, now 34 years old, is one of the people who leads a dangerous criminal group in Vlora.
He was not yet 26 years old when he took over the leadership of one of the most dangerous criminal groups that had disappeared and killed dozens of people.
The group was led by Edison Harizaj, or as they called him Edison Faqedjeguri.
Until that cold November evening of 2018, when his boss was shot dead in the city of Durrës, Inez Hajrulla was a character without any real weight in the underworld.
But soon, he would become one of the most dangerous, but also most influential people in the underworld in Vlora.
Hajrulla survived 3 assassination attempts in 2017, 2019, and 2023 and immediately began a fierce fight with his rivals.
Open war on several fronts at once.
But the main goal was revenge for the murder of his former boss Edison Harizaj.
So he began hunting down opponents.
The most terrifying of them, Fatmir Hyseni alias Musai, known as Doqa.
The man he accused of being Harizaj's executioner.
As results from a SPAK investigation launched in 2022 and finalized 4 days ago with the crackdown on Inez Hajrulla's group, the latter was pursuing Doqa, Armando Sulejmani, known as 'Qipuri', and their family connections.
The file reveals hundreds of conversations on Sky Ecc of his armed wingman Ervis Matodashaj, where they constantly provide information and track down opponents.
But Doqa seemed to be a ghost to them.
Wanted by SPAK for connections to the Durrës Troplins and Leonard Duka of the Duka Clan, on whose behalf he executed former police officer Santiago Malko, the execution of Fatmir Hyseni seems to have become an impossible mission for the Hajrulla group.
So it was the turn of his connections, friends or people who helped Doqen and Cipur.
One of them was Gentian Qarri.
Gentian Qarri had just left his apartment and was heading towards the Orthodox Church in the city, when before he had even gone 30 meters, a car passed him, and dozens of Kalashnikov bullets poured out of its windows, killing him on the spot.
The victim, 40 years old at the time, was known as a devoted enthusiast of the 'Vespa' club in Vlora.
But beyond his passion for motorcycles, very few knew what his past was.

Gentian Qarri që thuhet se kishte 3 vite që ishte kthyer nga Italia, aty ku kishte vuajtur një dënim me mbi 10 vite burgim, për përfshirje në shpërndarjen e lëndëve narkotike.
Por edhe pse kjo pistë i qëndroi kohës, koha u duk sikur punoi gjithmonë kundër zbardhjes së vrasjes.
Aq sa shpresat për të zbardhur këtë vrasje duket sikur u venitën me kalimin e viteve edhe te vetë familja.
Por pa e ditur se vetë porositësit e këtij krimi, kishin bërë të njëjtin gabim sikundër kishin bërë edhe të sojshmit e tyre në këtë punë.
Atë se si ia kishin besuar të gjithë planin e tyre të eleminimit, platformës Sky Ecc.
E cila nga një kasafortë sekretesh e përdorur gjerësisht nga krimi deri në vitin 2021, tashmë është kthyer në kryqin mbi varrin e tyre.
Ashtu si në rastin e vrasjes së Gentian Qarrit, ku SPAK në bashkëpunim me autoritetet homologe partnere, kanë mundur jo vetëm të zbërthejnë por edhe të kryqëzojnë prova, që kanë çuar në dokumentimin, zbulimin dhe vendosjen përpara ligjit, të personave të përfshirë në ekzekutimin mafioz të Geçes.
Por kush është porositësi i vrasjes së Gentian Qarrit?
Dhe cilat janë bisedat në Sky Ecc që fundosën këtë grup, ndër më të rrezikshmit në Shqipëri?
I njohur edhe për atentatet dhe ekzekutimet e shumta.
Ku nga hetimet dalin të përshirë, ashtu si në raste të ngjashme edhe efektivë të policisë së Shtetit.
Sipas hetimeve të derimëtanishme truri i ekzekutimit të Gentian Qarrit, del të jetë Inez Hajrulla dhe Ervis Matodashaj.
Ndërkohë që bashkëpunëtorë të tyre dalin të jenë edhe efektivë të policisë.

Polici që dikur ishte vlerësuar për arritje në detyrë, sot dyshohet si pjesë e grupit të rrezikshëm kriminal, të cilin jo vetëm e ndihmonte me informacione, por po ashtu dyshohet se ishte përfshirë në trafikun e kokainës nga Amerika e Jugut drejt Europës.
Në total SPAK preu 8 urdhër arreste, por as Inez Hajrulla as Ervis Matodashaj nuk përfunduan në pranga.

After Qarri is shot, they communicate to each other that an ambulance came and picked him up while he was still alive.
'He's alive, he's going to die, slave... Come on, let me kiss you on the b..." writes Matodashaj.
Then he writes on Sky Ecc, 'Minus 1.'
Which, according to investigators, confirms the murder of Gentian Qarri.
But Inez Hajrulla and Ervis Matodashaj are not only responsible for the murder of Gentian Qarri, on February 6, 2021.
But also that of Bledar Birçaj.
The 40-year-old, who, as seen in these security camera footage, was shot to death with 30 bullets.
While he was in his 'BMW X5' car, in the place called 'Cobblestone Tail'.
Birçaj who received 7 bullets in his body, which proved fatal for his life
The assassination came just a month after he had returned from Spain.
Even in this event, the main focus remained the clash over drug trafficking.
As in similar cases, there was also a police officer in the car with him.
Identified as Granit Deromema, who was later expelled from the ranks of the State Police.
Birçaj had been arrested in Vlora in 2011 as a suspect in murder and was known as the owner of the 'Boss' bar in Vlora.
In connection with the murder of citizen Bledar Birçaj that occurred on May 10, 2021 in Vlora, in the 'Hajro Çakërri' neighborhood, Inez Hajrulla and Ervis Matodashaj are accused of providing the conditions and means to commit the murder.
They allegedly monitored the bar 'The Boss' owned by Birçaj with cameras and drew up a concrete plan for when and where they would kill him.
SPAK has charged Hajrulla and Matodashaj with creating the conditions and means to commit Bircaj's murder, after the encrypted Sky EÇ application was cracked a month before the businessman's murder.
But in conversations mainly with Matodashaj, investigators have proven that Birçaj was monitored and eavesdropped on at every moment by cameras that the criminal group had installed in the businessman's bar, located near the area known as '7 Oslo Palaces'.
Inez Hajrulla's group not only committed murders, but is suspected of having trafficked 1.2 tons of cocaine from Ecuador to European Union countries.
This is made possible both through land and sea routes.
He also trafficked over 700 kg of cannabis.
Which must have been the starting point from which the unraveling of their conversations on Sky Ecc began.
Where the murders they committed on behalf of the organization were later discovered.
