The show "Në Shënjestër" with author Klodiana Lala, brought new details from the SPAK computer hacking case on this Tuesday's show, where 3 people are accused, including the former Director General of Prisons, Agim Ismaili.
According to SPAK's file data, Ismaili said that the materials were brought to him by one of the accused, Zambak Gjoni, who was involved in several investigations conducted against citizen Damian Gjiknuri and did not discuss it with other people.
Agim Ismaili, a person under investigation for this matter, said that he treated the materials that Zambak Gjoni brought him with humor.
But he testified that he did not believe that Zambak had accessed or corrupted people at SPAK to obtain information.
Meanwhile, he admitted that he had distributed these materials to third parties.
But even though he tried to justify that it was not related to the hacking of SPAK prosecutors' emails, the investigative group raised reasonable suspicion that Agim Ismaili had a special interest in these investigative materials. This was also noted in his request to direct the searches in the name of Justice Minister Ulsi Manja.

Një natë, përpara disa kohësh, Zambaku më solli një material të cilin unë e shpërndava pasi mendova se ishte një lajm që kishte dalë nga mediat dhe nuk e mendova gjatë.
Më pas e kam lexuar këtë material dhe kishte të bënte me disa hetime të zhvilluara ndaj shtetasit Damian Gjiknuri dhe nuk e kam diskutuar me njerëz të tjerë.
Agim Ismaili tha se materialet që i sillte Zambak Gjoni, ai i trajtonte me humor.
Por ai dëshmoi se nuk e besonte që Zambaku të kishte aksesuar apo korruptuar njerëz në SPAK për të marrë informacion.
Ndërkohë që pranoi se këto materiale ia kishte shpërndarë personave të tretë.
Por edhe pse u përpoq të justifikohej se nuk kishte lidhje me hakerimin e emaileve të prokurorëve të SPAK, grupi hetues ngriti dyshimin e arsyeshëm se Agim Ismaili kishte një interes të veçantë për këto materiale hetimore. Gjë që u vu re edhe te kërkesa e tij për të orientuar kërkimet në emrin e ministrit të Drejtësisë Ulsi Manja.
Orientim të cilin ai e bën nëpërmjet Zambak Gjonit.
Ky i fundit që më pas ia kërkon këtë nder Arnold Rrokaj-t. Që nga ana e tij tashmë kishte mundur të aksesonte emailet e disa prej prokurorëve të SPAK.
Ndërkohë që grupi hetues mori në shqyrtim edhe shumë nga dëshmitë e personave të cilëve u ishin shpërndarë materialet hetimore, nga Zambak Gjoni dhe vetë Agim Ismaili.
Midis tyre edhe tre prej lidhjeve shoqërore të Gjonit, të cilët komunikonin midis tyre nëpërmjet një grupi të përbashkët ëhats app.
Me Zambak Gjonin, ne jemi rreth i ngushtë shoqëror, me të cilin kemi krijuar dhe një grup në ëhats app, ku në këtë grup nga ana e tij janë dërguar disa informacione, të cilat i kemi parë apo lexuar, por nuk i kemi dërguar tek persona të tretë.
Por në fakt kurioziteti i shtuar i Zambak Gjonit dhe Agim Ismailit për materiale hetimore nuk fillon me atë që është hakerimi i SPAK në muajin shkurt nga Arnold Rrokaj.
Por edhe më herët nga sa shikohet në dëshmitë e të tjerë lidhjeve shoqërore, të cilat kanë marrë herëpashere materiale të ngjashme nga personat e akuzuar.
