Spinach and onion pie

Ingredients:
500 g spinach
3 green onions
200 g white cheese
100 ml olive oil
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Salt, pepper
Parsley, dill
Preparation:
After washing the spinach, chop it and crush it by hand, then squeeze it until the excess water comes out and place it in a bowl. Add the eggs, onion, cheese, half the milk, oil, salt, pepper, parsley and dill. Stir well and finally add three tablespoons of cornmeal. Add a little olive oil at the end and place the pispilina in a pan greased with oil and well dusted with cornmeal. Spread it with a spoon and pour cornmeal and milk on top of the mixture to moisten the surface. Sprinkle with olive oil and bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
