Former police director, Arben Hajdarmataj, has issued strong accusations against the state police and other responsible structures that allow the activity of Call Centers that engage in criminal activity by deceiving citizens.
Hajdarmataj said that the weekend case, where SPAK and BKH discovered a point that was deceiving Italian and European citizens, through call centers, by presenting itself as a company for investments in various cryptocurrencies, shows that the state police have not acted for years, as they are paid by criminal groups.
Arben Hajdarmataj: The main responsibility for preventing any kind of crime lies with the state police. Because this structure should prevent any criminal activity, this has not worked. There have been call center activities for 10 years, but in the last 10 years it has developed.
We have internationals in the middle, if it were for Albanians there would be no results. Every Call Center in Tirana is visible. But criminal groups have a list of payments from ordinary police officers, the chief of the police station, taxes, labor inspectors, they even have a list of payments from betting.
