Attempted robbery of van with cash, gunfire in Pristina

Today at around 2:00 PM, the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina received information about gunshots in the Bregu i Diellit neighborhood in Pristina.

The news was confirmed by the Kosovo Police spokesperson for the Pristina region, Enis Pllana.

According to him, based on the information so far, the incident is suspected to have occurred during an armed robbery against members who were securing a van transporting money.

"Based on initial information, there are no reports of injured persons, while police investigators, in coordination with the Prosecution, are taking all necessary measures to identify and arrest the suspects and to fully clarify the circumstances of the case," said Pllana.
