Many government websites today, with "domains" for government institutions (.gov.al), are failing to open.
It is impossible to access institutions such as the Road Service Authority, the Territorial Development Agency, the National Natural Resources Agency, the Seized and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency, the National Coastal Agency, the Property Treatment Agency, the Property Treatment Agency, and many others.
It is also learned that the system outage has also affected the internet at the General Directorate of Customs. During the day, there were continuous power outages at the institution.
Businesses are also reporting problems, as they are unable to fiscalize invoices.
According to sources from the National Information Service Agency (AKSHI), which hosts these sites and manages e-albania and the domain adfiz.gov.al, and administers the government data center and the state information system, they said that several institutions had no power, while the sites are functional.

Many maintenance tenders are meanwhile canceled, such as the internet tender that was delayed for a long time due to complaints and for which the Public Procurement Commission gave approval in the first week of February. The fiscalization maintenance tender has also been suspended several times, causing problems with self-care.
