2027 Women's World Cup / National team begins preparations for Montenegro and Czech Republic

The Albanian women's national team began preparations today in Shkodra for the first two matches of 2026, as part of the 2027 World Cup qualifiers for this category, against Montenegro and the Czech Republic.
Most of the players were present at the first training session, while this evening, the group was completed with the arrival of Marinela Mema, Antigoni Hyska and Mikaela Metalla.
Apart from the three players who joined the team during dinner, the entire team took to the field to conduct various tactical exercises, showing maximum motivation and dedication.
Preparations will continue in Shkodra before the national team heads to Montenegro for the match on March 3, with the clear objective of getting the first points of this campaign.
