Do you want this cooperation for December 28? CEC indicates the deadline for

The Central Election Commission has already begun preparations for the extraordinary parliamentary elections to be held at the end of this year, on December 28.

Thus, the CEC has announced on its website a different deadline for political parties, including the period within which they must declare coalitions among themselves, writes Gazeta Express.

''The deadline for political parties to declare their participation in the elections through coalitions will begin on November 24 and end on November 30, 2025;'', the CEC has announced.

A few days ago, the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, set December 28 as the date for parliamentary elections, writes Kosovo media outlet GazetaExpress.

Although parties such as PDK, AAK, NISMA and LDK preferred an earlier date, Osmani decided on the aforementioned date. On the other hand, December 28 is the date preferred by the Vetëvendosje Movement and parties close to it.

These parliamentary elections are the second this year, as such an electoral process was held on February 9.

However, the process in question failed to form a new government, causing the country to experience a deep political crisis because of this, and because of the constitution of the assembly.

The Vetëvendosje Movement, which emerged as the first party on February 9, despite receiving the mandate twice from Osmani, for two mandates, Albin Kurti, and Glauk Konjufca, failed to secure the votes for the government.
