Former comedian of the show "Portokalli", Rezart Veleshnja, turns out to have been charged with "Fraud", after in 2024 he took the "Mitsubishi Pajero" car from 45-year-old Ylli Troplini and then sold it to another person in Lizna, Tirana.
Ylli Troplini is a well-known name for the Albanian police, but in 2024, he gave the car to the actor, Rezart Veleshnja, at the latter's request, as his mother was sick and he needed it to take her to the hospital.
But Rezart Veleshnja soon sold the "Mitsubishi" car to a person in Linza, Tirana, named Shpendi. Veleshnja has now been charged with "Fraud" and the criminal file against him has been sent to court, where judge Rexhep Bekteshi has scheduled the next hearing against the defendant, Veleshnja, for June 30, 2026.
According to the investigative file, on December 12, 2024, Ylli Troplini filed a criminal complaint stating that he owns a "Mitbusishi" vehicle with license plates AA239MM and that he gave this vehicle to the actor, Rezart Veleshnja, whom he was introduced to by a friend of his, Shkëlzen Beqiri.
Shkëlzeni told Ylli Troplini not to trust Rezarti too much, but he (Ylli) felt sorry for him after he told him that his mother was sick with cancer and he needed a car to move around and take his mother to hospitals for visits.
"...for this reason I also gave him the vehicle..." - Ylli Troplini claimed.
Rezart Veleshnja took the vehicle and has not returned it since July 2024. When he gave the vehicle to Rezart, his two friends, Ani Shyti and Gëzim Leka, were also present.
Ylli Troplini says that he last saw the car on August 23, 2024, in Durrës, when Rezarti went to his nephew's funeral. There was no obligation to Rezarti and there is no information about the whereabouts of his vehicle.
Meanwhile, Ani Shyti was questioned by the prosecutor as a person who had knowledge of the incident, and she stated that Ylli Troplini had given the car to Rezarti since the summer of 2024, and they had been on the beach drinking coffee, but she does not remember the exact name of the bar.
But according to him, Rezart told Ylli that he needed a vehicle because his mother was sick and he was going to send her to the hospital for tests and he had nothing to take her with.
At this moment, a friend of Ylli and Rezart, Erzen Beshiri, whom he knows and he has told him not to give the car to Rezart. After a few months, Rezart was not returning the car, finding various excuses and sometimes not answering the phone.
According to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office, there is no information that actor Rezart Veleshnja has made business advertisements for citizen Ylli Troplini, as the latter does not have a business.

Pasi ata janë takuar disa herë, Rezarti, i ka kërkuar mjetin Yllit për ta përdorur për disa kohë pasi të. Ka folur në Rezarti kishte nënën me sëmundje të keqe.
Kanë qenë duke pirë kafe në lagjen nr.13, Plazh Durrës. I ka thënë Yllit mos t'ia jepte makinën Rezartit sepse ai nuk i dilte garant por Yllit i ka ardhur keq.
Nuk e di çka bërë Rezarti me makinën pasi nuk e ka takuar atë. telefon me Rezartin dhe i ka thënë që t'ia çonte mjetin Yllit pasi do t'ia jepte ai shumën prej 2 milion lekë të vjetra, por Rezarti as ia hapi më telefonin dhe as nuk shkoi të marrë lekët.
Si person që ka dijeni për ngjarjen është pyetur dhe Gëzim Leka, i cili deklaron se e njeh Ylli Troplinin dhe ka pirë kafe disa herë me të dhe ka dëgjuar në bisedë kafeje se, Ylli i ka dhënë një mjet “Mitsubishi”, Rezart Veleshnja përkohësisht pasi ai ishte pa mjet.
Gjithashtu ka dëgjuar edhe Yllin që i kërkonte në telefon Rezartit që t'i kthente mjetin pasi kishte kaluar kohë e gjatë dhe Rezarti, nuk e kthente mjetin por i thoshte se: “…e kishte shitur por nuk i tregonte se ku…”.
Në dëshminë e tij Gëzim Leka thotë se nuk ka dijeni që Rezart Veleshnja të ketë bërë reklama biznesi për Ylli Troplinin pasi ky i fundit nuk ka biznes në dijeninë e tij.
Prokuroria e Durrësit rezulton të ketë administruar informacion nga DRSHTRR-së Durrës, ku rezulton se mjeti me targa AA239MM, është i markës “Mitsubishi Pajero Sport” i vitit 1999 dhe rezulton se Ylli Troplini është bërë pronar i mjetit me kontratën e shit-blerjes së lidhur më datë 22 Prill 2024.
Gjithashtu nga ana e prokurorit është marrë vendim për sekuestrimin e mjetit në fjalë, por nuk është bërë i mundur sekuestrimi i mjetit pasi nuk është gjendur në Republikën e Shqipërisë. Më datë 12 dhjetor 2024 është bërë dhe shpallja në kërkim e mjetit.
Ndërkohë lidhur me këtë ngjarje është pyetur si person që ka dijeni aktori i humorit, Rezart Veleshnja, i cili deklaron se Ylli Troplini, e njeh pasi ka bërë një bashkëpunim me pijen e tij “Star Energy” duke postuar në “Instagramin” e tij dhe duke reklamuar pijen energjike kundrejt një pagese nga ana e tij.
Rezart Veleshnja, në dëshminë e tij tregon në takimet e para me Ylli Troplinin, se kur ka shkuar pa makinë, Ylli gojarisht i ka thënë se “…makinën e vjetër do t'ia dhuronte atij në këmbim të pagesës për reklamën dhe imazhin e pijes që ai ka bërë…”.
Veleshnja, deklaron se e ka marrë makinën dhe për arsye shëndetësore të familjarëve të tij, e ka shitur në shumën 200.000 Lekë. Ai thotë se nuk disponon kontratë me shkrim nga Ylli Troplini, por ka patur vetëm fjalë goje.

Re-interrogated as a person under investigation, Rezart Veleshnja stands by his previously given statements but has not provided explanations, explaining that he will provide them in court.
The mobile phone of citizen Rezart Veleshnja has been examined. The examination was carried out on the social network "Instagram", where on the "Instagram" page Starz Energy Albania, in the messages of this page, several posts from the "Instagram" page of Rezart Veleshnja are seen.
Likewise, several text messages sent by Rezart Veleshnja to Ylli Troplini are identified.
