The AKSHI/SPAK organization with official announcement: 40 million euros of

SPAK has issued an official announcement regarding the seized assets of the former director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj, and Ergys Agas and Ermal Beqiraj.

NOTICE

The Special Prosecution Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK), Tirana, within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 20/1 of 2025, is conducting preliminary investigations for the following criminal offenses:

“Unlawful competition through violence”, “Unlawful deprivation of freedom”, “Violation of equality of participants in tenders or public auctions” committed in the form of a structured criminal group, “Passive corruption of public officials” committed in collaboration more than once, “Passive corruption of public officials” committed in collaboration more than once, “Structured criminal group”, “Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization and a structured criminal group”, as well as “Laundering of proceeds of crime”, provided for in Articles 110, 170/b, 244, 259, 258, 287, 28/4, 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code.

Following the investigations, the Special Court of First Instance Against Corruption and Organized Crime, with decision no. 289, dated 20.04.2026 based on the request of the Special Prosecution Office, has ordered the seizure of the assets as follows:

In charge of the person under investigation M. K:

– Apartment type property, located on “Dervish Hima” Street, 8th Floor, Ap. 32, Tirana;

– Property located on “Kavajës” street, with surface area 73.5 m2, Tirana;

– Property located in Qerret Kavajë;

– Property no. 125/211 of the olive grove type with an area of ​​1500 m2, Sauk, Tirana;

– Volkswagen car, Tiguan model;

– Several bank accounts at OTP Bank

In charge of the person under investigation EA:

– Forest type property with an area of ​​26690.9m², from this building with an area of ​​346.2 m², located in QehaShytaj, Petrelë, Tirana;

– Forest type property with an area of ​​5288.1m², of which 1 floor building with an area of ​​182.2 m², located in Qeha, Petrelë, Tirana;

– Forest type property with an area of ​​5288.1m², of which 1 floor building with an area of ​​182.2 m², located in Qeha, Petrelë, Tirana;

– Forest type property with an area of ​​8956m², from this 1-storey building with an area of ​​568 m², located in Qeha, Petrelë, Tirana;

– Forest type property, with an area of ​​8260.2 m2 and a 2-storey building with an area of ​​490.2 m2;

– Forest type property with an area of ​​911.3 m², of which this building has an area of ​​350.8 m²;

– Forest type property with an area of ​​9316.1m², of which 2 floors have an area of ​​192.8 m²;

– Property of the type land with a surface area of ​​406.34 m² with building, Lundër, Tirana;

– Agricultural property with an area of ​​10300 m²;

– Property no. 47/215, type of land, located in cadastral subzone 8518, with a surface area of ​​400m², Durrës;

– Building type property, located in ZK 8518 with a total area of ​​165 m2;

In charge of the person under investigation EB:

– Land located in Green Coast, Vlora;

– Plot of land located at “Hoxha Tasim”, Tirana;

– Building and plot no. 5/3;

– Land and building no. 38/36, Rolling Hills Tirana

– Apartment in Golem, Kavaja;

– Yacht “Skyfall”;

– Entity “SS” sh.pk;

– Service unit on “Çerçiz Topulli” street;

– Vehicles and motorcycles according to registers;

– All bank accounts in his name and those of the entities;

In charge of the person under investigation GH:

– Seizure of the amount of ALL 123,629,664 in the entity “F” sh.pk;

In charge of the person under investigation AP:

– Seizure of the amount of ALL 410,595,663 in the entity “F” sh.pk;

– Seizure of the amount of ALL 94,423,883 from the entity “FF”;

In charge of the person under investigation EJ:

– Seizure of the amount of ALL 100,840,264 from subject “A”;

At the end of the operation to seize the above assets, it was concluded that their approximate value is over 40 (forty) million euros.

The Special Prosecution Office thanks the National Bureau of Investigation, the State Police and the Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets for their cooperation in the seizures carried out.

The Special Prosecution Office continues investigations for the full documentation of criminal activity and the final confiscation of assets.
