The head of the SP Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, questioned the DP deputies against whom punitive measures were taken for their behavior during the December 18 session.
He requested clarification on whether the deputies used smoke bombs during the session and whether they are aware of Law No. 9126, dated 29.7.2003, “On the civil use of explosives and pyrotechnics and fireworks in the Republic of Albania”. This law defines the procedures, rules and responsibilities of the state administration for the production, storage, use, control, destruction, transfer and trade of explosives for civil use.
Balla: Did you use incendiary substances during the December 18 session and if so, are you aware of the law:
Law No. 9126, dated 29.7.2003, “On the civil use of explosives and pyrotechnics and fireworks in the Republic of Albania”, on the use of pyrotechnics.
Do you know what the objective of this law is? The objective of this law is to determine the procedures, rules and responsibilities of the state administration for the production, storage, use, control, destruction, transfer and manner of trading, as well as the registration and tracing of explosives for civil use.
