Baton Haxhiu reveals that Balluku has offered to resign twice: Here's why

Analyst Baton Haxhiu, invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, has revealed that Belinda Balluku has offered Edi Rama her resignation twice, but the prime minister has not accepted it.

Haxhiu says that Rama is fighting for principle in this case and does not allow the suspension to be an instrument of justice to change the composition of the government.

"Belinda Balluku offered her resignation the first time, when Dritan Prençi included her as a defendant in his case. This morning, Ms. Balluku also offered her resignation.

Mr. Rama in his status shows the reason why he does not accept the resignation. I have tried to deconstruct his status. SPAK, but also GJKO, have a certain moral authority of the moment and an extraordinary support among the citizens.

This has led them to bring decisions or indictments that do not have the maximum validity of the facts. Due to the fact that they have moral authority, they must seek the maximum to build an indictment. Especially for figures such as ministers or members of the government.

Since this has not been done, the moment of confrontation between the justice institutions and the government has come, as the moral authority of SPAK surpassed itself by demanding the suspension of the minister. Naturally, Rama does not accept Balluku's resignation, because he does not accept suspension as an instrument to change the executive. It is an intervention between the two powers. Precisely because Rama seeks the principle and not the issue of Balluku as an issue. She has offered her resignation. Her function has been suspended the first time and now. Since we have a suspension, we are left with two measures in the justice market, one is the request for immunity and the other, that of suspension, since the CC left her like that", said Haxhiu.
