Today, on Workers' Day, the Union of Trade Unions has protested in front of the Ministry of Economy, demanding higher wages and job security.
One of the Union representatives asked the government to take measures and think about workers and the needy.
"Job security, a living wage. Today more than ever, this government, these institutions must think about workers and the needy. What is the cost of living in Albania? The cost is like living in France, but the salaries are much lower," said the Union representative.
There was a call to all workers, urging them to "kill fear."
