From the cafeteria food to the principal's outburst, what's hidden in the private school of Elbasan

Three days ago, our editorial office received some disturbing footage of an incident from a private educational institution in the city of Elbasan. Footage that at first glance does not belong to an educational environment for children, but rather to a senseless clash.
Because the video shows the principal of the Maarif Elbasan Campus school, Turkish citizen Fatih Konuksever, not only taking food from the students' hands, but also throwing it outside the school premises, even coming into physical contact with them.
A behavior that really raises serious questions about the standards that the head of an educational institution should represent.
The images published on our social networks immediately caused a wave of reactions. Hundreds of comments from citizens, parents or former teachers, who not only condemned the gesture, but also raised another major concern:
Is there accurate and careful testing of leaders of educational institutions in this country?
Meanwhile, just a few hours after the video was published, the institution in question reacted through an official statement on social media, attempting to give its own version of the event and justify the situation created.
But what could drive a school principal, a figure who usually embodies authority through calmness and communication, to react so harshly and even lose control in front of students?
Is this simply a matter of enforcing rules, or are we dealing with a deeper problem related to the control of an individual's nerves and emotions?
What is really behind this episode that seems unjustifiable to many?
Two days after the incident, we decided to go near the school to take a closer look at the situation and to understand more clearly what was really happening within those walls.
From the very first moment, a noticeable difference is noticed compared to the information given to us by the students themselves. The school is under increased security measures, and this is of course not a coincidence, but is directly related to the attention this issue has received and to our promise to follow the situation, which was agreed upon by the school administrators.
Despite this, we are trying to get a reaction from the institution, in the hope that we will have a concrete answer.
After a few minutes of waiting, what we receive is a printed text of the statement that had been published the day before on social media. A formal response, which in reality we were expecting, given the secrecy we faced from the beginning.
While we are still waiting for an official communication, a motorcyclist brings food, which was apparently ordered by the school students, repeating the beginning of the scene from two days ago...
With one difference, this time the director is not present to intervene to stop them.
And here the situation turns comical. A girl from inside the school goes out to get the pizzas, but is stopped by the guard, who is worried that we are filming, and food should not be allowed.
So the problem is not the food, but the camera in front of you.
Meanwhile, the comical situation continues...
Because a few moments later, as we leave the square in front of the entrance gate, the same girl comes out and takes the food to secretly bring inside the school.
Apparently the smuggled food wasn't the real cause of the director's anger.
So what was the real problem with this gentleman, who was entrusted with the children of one of the most prestigious schools in Elbasan?
However, when the school's policy states that snacks are not allowed, could the principal simply send the food back without having to make scenes that terrorized an entire school?
But while students and parents claimed an apology to them, they learned that what had happened was not stored on any of the security camera servers.
But let's return once again to the quality of the food and the impurities found, because according to the students, this situation has also been reported to the AKU, whose inspectors have come to the school premises.
Although we understood it with difficulty... perhaps because of the waves, we learned that the director of AKU has not encountered any problems at the disputed school.
If the inspections were done on a day like today, it is certain that no problem would be found in any of the canteens and restaurants in Elbasan. However, something needs to be clarified: the inspections are not done by the director…
Since we solved the problem with the NQA, let's turn to the Local Education Office, the supervisory institution of the pre-university education system, which apparently has assessed this issue to the maximum./Piranjat
