Albanian Football Association takes disciplinary measures: Heavy fine for Tirana, suspensions and penalties for several clubs

The Disciplinary Committee of the Albanian Football Association (AFHA) has revealed the decisions taken regarding the events that occurred in the last week of the second phase of the Superiore.
Tirana has been fined 500,000 lekë for delays during the match against Elbasan. The latter have also been fined for improper behavior of their fans.
In Tirana, club official Eranjo Isai has been suspended for four matches, while Partizan B coach Realf Zhivanaj has been suspended for two matches.
DECISIONS:
1. AF Elbasani, for improper behavior of spectators, lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
2. KF Tirana, for failure to comply with obligations and responsibilities and activity regulations by repeatedly causing delays during the match, based on article 8/1 of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) lekë.
3. KF Tirana official, Eranjo Isai, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activity.
4. KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
5. KF Teuta, for improper behavior of spectators, by lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on article 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
6. FK Partizani official, Realf Zhivanaj, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
7. FK Apolonia U-19, for activating a player who was not eligible to play in the valid match of the Abyssnet Superiore U-19 championship, against KF Laçi U-19, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.
8. The official of FK Apolonia U-19, Santiliano Dule, for activating a player who was not eligible to play, based on article 19/4/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from activity.
9. TR 19 Academy U-16, for activating a player who was not eligible to play in a valid match of the First Category U-16, against KF Shkodra U-16, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.
10. The official of TR 19 Academy U-16, Arian Sheta, for activating a player who was not eligible to play, based on article 19/4/b of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) months suspension from activity.
11. Lojtari i Luminesen, Fatjon Koçi, për sulm ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/l të KDE, dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) muaj pezullim nga veprimtaritë.
12. Lojtari i Luminesen, Eldi Gjuzi, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
13. Lojtari i Luminesen, Bledjan Halili, për sjellje josportive ndaj zyrtarëve të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/j të KDE dënohet me 6 (gjashtë) ndeshje pezullim nga aktiviteti.
14. AF Lissus B, U-9, Zona Rajonale Lezhë, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
15. AF Lissus A, U-9, Zona Rajonale Lezhë, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
16. Mirdita R-IBGR, U-13, Zona Rajonale Lezhë, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
17. KF Sënkolli RR, U-13, Zona Rajonale Lezhë, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
18. Kukësi G, U-11, Zona Rajonale Lezhë, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
19. AF Lissus C, U-11, Zona Rajonale Lezhë, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
20. FK Shënkolli SH, U-11, Zona Rajonale Lezhë, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
21. Kukësi A, U-15, Zona Rajonale Lezhë, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
22. Kukësi G, U-15, Zona Rajonale Lezhë, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDE, paralajmërohet se, në rast të përsëritjes së shkeljes së rregullores të aktivitetit, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës dhe Etikës dhe rregulloret e FSHF.
23. Acceptance of the request of the KF Skënderbeu U-19 player, Charles Oppong, to suspend the remaining part of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to article 34/1 of the KDE, will be 6 (six) months.
24. Rejection of the request of KF Butrinti player, Enkelajdo Kamberaj, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
25. Rejection of the request of KF Iliria player, Brajan Selmani, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
26. Rejection of the request of KF Iliria, regarding Decision No. 15 dated 05.12.2025, point 3, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
27. Rejection of AF Elbasani's request, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
