"You have seen how the Qukës-Qafë Plloçë road, tendered in 2013 for 65 million dollars, has cost 260 million euros and you have seen how it has slipped and is impassable, shortening the journey by only 10 minutes, they built it as if it were their own eyes and today it endangers the lives of citizens who pass by that road at any moment," he said.
