Ingredients:

500 gr sardines
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon tomato sauce concentrate
4-5 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon oregano
A few sprigs of
thyme Parsley
Sliced ​​tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt, pepper

Preparation:

In a pan with olive oil, fry the onion until soft. Then add the garlic and tomato sauce along with the water. Add salt, black pepper. In a pan, place the cleaned sardines, oregano, thyme, parsley and top with the sauce. Place the sliced ​​tomatoes on top of the sauce. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
