Festive antipasto with cheese, blueberries and nuts

Ingredients:
1 package of baby cream cheese
½ cup finely chopped pistachios
2–3 tablespoons of blueberries
2–3 dried apricots
Freshly ground black pepper
Spices to taste
Honey (optional, for serving)
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the chopped pistachios, dried blueberries, and dried apricots. Add a little black pepper for flavor. Place the cheese on a serving plate. With your hands or a spoon, cover the surface of the cheese by lightly pressing the pistachio mixture so that it adheres well, giving it a tree shape. Decorate by placing a coriander/parsley leaf on top for the “tree top” effect. Serve, lightly drizzling with a little honey.
