Champions, Arbeloa: Real Madrid is ready, we give our maximum on the field

Real Madrid coach Arbeloa answered questions from reporters ahead of the return leg against Benfica in the Champions League.

"Just as my team is focused on having a great game, so am I. It's not the first time in Mourinho's career that he's been absent from the bench and his teams have always been productive. I expect a strong Benfica, with some adjustments after the first leg. I hope we see a great spectacle... and that Real Madrid wins."

Regarding the advantage gained in Lisbon and the home match, the Madrid coach stressed: "I want to see a Real Madrid very similar to the one in the first leg. It will be a special Champions League evening at the 'Bernabéu'. We will enter the field to win and advance to the next round."

Arbeloa also spoke about the physical condition of the French 'star', Kylian Mbappé. "He is ready to play and that is the most important thing. He has been tired for a few weeks, but I want to appreciate his commitment. He is a decisive player and the defenders know that at any moment he can decide the game. He is ready and I am convinced that he will make a great performance."
