Elisa Spiropali calls for the opening of the Socialist Party and a completely new Albania.
Journalist Ylli Rakipi asked the Secretary General of the Socialist Party, Blendi Klosi, about these requests and the 11-point document submitted by the former minister.
Excerpts from the conversation:
