The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, held what he calls a "Speaker's Forum" in Lapraka. One of the moments that attracted the most attention was the great "love" of a DP supporter towards Berisha.

While accepting the plea, he stated that Berisha, according to him, is the only one he trusts who can "stand up to this evil, these criminals, who are drinking the blood of Albanians."

At the end of his speech, he said: "I love you very much, Sali Berisha, I love you more than my father." This caused applause in the hall.
