Socialists gather for pre-retreat meeting, what is being prepared?

This Friday afternoon, the socialists will gather again, this time at the "Hotel Tirana". Sources for Newsbomb confirm that the meeting will take place just a few hours before the "retreat" meeting that is expected to be held the next day at the Palace of Congresses, where political and governing priorities for the coming months will be discussed.

Meanwhile, according to the same information, it is learned that the meeting on Friday afternoon will focus mainly on the topics and preparations for what will follow on Saturday morning.

This meeting comes just a week after the SP National Assembly in Lalëz, where a series of changes were made regarding the party's political leaders in the regions, and after a series of daily meetings between the prime minister and his cabinet ministers.

According to the details revealed, tomorrow's meeting will be opened at 11:00 by the chairman of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, while Prime Minister and Socialist leader Edi Rama will take the floor, placing emphasis on the priorities of the government and political structures for the coming period.

The focus of the meeting will be the analysis of the work of the main institutions and the increase of cooperation between MPs and executive structures. Also, special importance is given to the administrative-territorial reform, where the co-chair for this process, Arbjan Mazniku, will present the progress and next steps for the reorganization of local government.

Next, the Minister of State for Parliamentary Relations, Erjona Ismaili, will present the new communication strategy, which aims to improve interaction with the public and institutional transparency.
