Oil prices rise again, Rama: The Fuel Transparency Board does not make arbitrary decisions, the decrease endangers supply capacities

Prime Minister Edi Rama, during his speech on Sunday's "Flasim" podcast, said that the Transparency Board does not set the price of oil arbitrarily, but the price cannot be lowered by putting supply capacities at risk.
He emphasized that the determination of the ceiling price is in line with the international market.
"The board does not set the price of oil arbitrarily, it does not lower the price by putting supply capacities at risk, but simply and only supervises the movement of the price and does not allow operators to play behind the backs of consumers. Its role is to ensure transparency and to be attentive to prevent the violation of its decision. We will do our best to ensure that until the end of this situation it is transparent and nothing excessively harms consumers", said Rama.
