Iranian Revolutionary Guard threatens American universities in the Middle East

Iran's Revolutionary Guard has threatened to strike American universities in the Middle East, following the destruction of two university institutions in Iran by airstrikes carried out by the United States and Israel.

In a statement published by Iranian media, this military formation warned that, if the US government wants to avoid retaliation against these institutions in the region, it must officially condemn the bombing of universities.

According to the statement, the deadline for such a response is until noon on Monday, March 30.

The threat constitutes a further escalation of tensions in the region, potentially expanding targets beyond military installations and including educational institutions, which increases concerns about security and stability in the Middle East.
