He further stated that there were those who attempted to delay or sabotage this project by staining police uniforms.

" It is impossible for the police car to be used as a personal car. It is impossible for it to go and park at home. It is impossible for it to stop in front of the restaurant and for the uniformed employees to sit down to eat lunch. Those who did their best to delay and sabotage this project know much more than I do how much meanness and deceit is done by tarnishing the uniform of the state police."
