During this accusation, Berisha pretended to confuse the owner of this concession. He said that Rama gave it to the "bricklayer" he brought from Italy. This is Ilir Rrapaj, who has actually been sentenced by the GJKKO to prison for another concession in Health, that of "Sterilization". At least 9 requests for the return of items, related to a previously unpublished investigation, are awaiting review in the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime. It is reported that companies linked to Klodjan Allajbeu of the " American Hospital" are linked to intense investigations in recent weeks into the Healthcare Laboratory Concession.
Documents, mobile phones, computers and other valuable materials for the investigation of the concession worth over 100 million euros have been seized from the concession companies and other suspected related companies, such as the American Hospital and the owner Klodjan Allajbeu . It was from the latter that SPAKi seized the phone during the personal search, which the businessman is seeking to have returned to him by the preliminary investigation judge Elsa Ulliri.
The "black squad" of the GJKKO will have to review a total of 9 requests related to these checks, where in addition to Allajbeu, the American Hospital itself has filed a criminal complaint and is demanding the return of documents and other seized items.

Kontrollet për llogari të kësaj kompanie janë bërë te PEGASUS Shpk me pronar një biznesmen grek me emrin Janis Karathano, shpesh i përmendur si i lidhur ngushtë me Klodjan Allajbeun e Spitalit Amerikan. Ky i fundit vetëm pak kohë më parë u mor rreth 3 orë në pyetje në SPAK, pikërisht për këtë hetim. "Pegasus" është shoqëria mëmë e "AB Laboratory Solution BV". Si Labopharma ashtu edhe Pegasus kanë bërë kërkesa të veçanta në GJKKO për kthim të sendeve të sekuestruara.
Kompania e tretë e konsorciumit është francezja Exalab, e cila është konsideruar kur u dha koncesioni si plotësuesja e kushteve. Kredencialet e EXALAB shërbyen për të përmbushur kriteret e tenderit, ndonëse ajo përfaqësohet vetëm me 25% në konsorcium. Pronarët fundorë të kësaj kompanie nuk dihen, ashtu siç është e paqartë nëse SPAK ka kërkuar apo jo informacione për të.
Për t’u rikthyer te dyshimi i SPAK se pas Koncesionit të Laboratorëve fshihet Spitali Amerikan dhe Klodjan Allajbeu, prokurorja Dorina Bejko ka urdhëruar kontrolle personale edhe te tre persona të veçantë: Osvelda Qafa, shefe e operacioneve financiare në Spitalin Amerikan, si dhe të çifti i bashkëshortëve Onejda Ymeraj dhe Arbër Teqja. Ymeraj është një prej drejtuesve kryesore të Spitalit Amerikan që prej vitit 2014, ndërsa Teqja ka qenë më herët pronar me 70% të aksioneve të një biznesi me emrin "Eco Riciklim", të cilin më vonë ia ka blerë kompania ANAMARK, pronar i së cilës është 100% Klodjan Allajbeu. Qafa, Ymeraj dhe Teqja kërkojnë në GJKKO kthimin e celularëve.

An October 2021 report by the Supreme State Audit found major violations and concluded that the Ministry of Health had awarded it in violation of the law “On Concessions and Public Private Partnership”.
