The Constitutional Court panel decided to take more time for the final decision regarding the "Balluku" case.

Two hours of deliberations in the deliberation room were not enough to produce a final decision, causing this lawsuit to be reconsidered by the body on another day.

The Constitutional Court's stance was awaited with interest, as its decision will also affect the decision of the Mandates Council, which on Wednesday has scheduled the next meeting to review another request from SPAK: authorization to lift Belinda Balluku's immunity.

This is after the majority postponed the meeting of the Mandates Council until a decision is made by the Constitutional Court.
