The GJKKO rejected the request of the lawyers of former Defense Minister Fatmir Mediu, for an expert examination of the note "for Shkelzeni", in a fax presented as evidence in the process.
The former minister's lawyers also claimed a series of acts that were referred by prosecutors to the trial, but were not made available to them by the Court.
To enable this, the session was postponed to February 10th.
