"Facts of corruption are added to the Balluk", Toska denounces the Deputy Prime Minister in SPAK: Murriz Tunnel not approved. People's lives are at risk

Journalist Almer Toska, invited to the News24 studio , has publicly denounced a serious case of abuse related to Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, for whom SPAK is seeking his arrest.
According to Toska, Balluk's removal from office can only come through the addition of new criminal charges. He stated that deputies who have access to the investigative file have, according to him, "very serious facts", which have not yet been made public. Toska claimed that Balluk could be charged with other corruption offences, related to the Thumanë–Kashar and Korçë–Ersekë road projects.
The journalist announced that he will appear in person at SPAK to file a criminal complaint against Balluk and the Albanian Road Authority (ARRSH), regarding the Murriz tunnel on Arbri Road. He said that he has an official document, specifically a letter from a Democratic Party MP addressed to the ARRSH, requesting clarifications about the collapses that occurred in this tunnel.
According to Toska, the response from the ARA shows that the Murriz tunnel has not yet been submitted for approval, while it has been opened for traffic. He compared this situation to other cases of infrastructure being opened without approval, emphasizing that, according to him, the lives of citizens who pass through it are at risk. Toska stated that the tunnel cost around 149 million euros and that, based on the documentation he says he possesses, he will file a criminal complaint.

During his speech, the journalist also mentioned the Qukës–Qafë Plloçë segment, saying that this axis has collapsed and that, according to the claims of some experts, there is a risk of it being closed again due to structural problems.
Toska also raised concerns about the Public Procurement Commission, claiming that a person close to Balluk, Irma Droboniku, has been appointed to this institution and is preparing to take over its leadership. According to him, this constitutes a legal violation, since, as Toska claims, she does not meet the minimum criterion of three years of professional experience.
