The People's Advocate/Lapaj explodes against Endri Shabani: A man without character, used by Rama

"If the Ombudsman is elected who was a character used by Edi Rama, we do not recognize him." This was stated on Off the Record with Andrea Dangli on A2 CNN, the leader of the Albania Becomes Adriatic Movement, Lapaj, referring to the candidacy of Endri Shabani, his former ally in the May 11 elections. Without ever mentioning his name, Lapaj said that he does not meet the legal criteria, while accusing him of treason.

"We do not know people without character, who do not meet the criteria of the law. The Ombudsman is elected by a personality who enjoys respect in society and no person who commits treason enjoys respect in society. Some names are better not to mention because they do not deserve it," Lapaj said on Off the Record with Andrea Dangli on A2 CNN.

According to him, the process of electing the People's Advocate has become a ridiculous process, while the ruling party supports someone who was once presented as an anti-system and anti-Edi Rama person.

"The process of electing the People's Advocate exposed the director Edi Rama, who, as greedy as he is after he could not accept our refusal to become part of his government, did everything to take away the mandate that 64 thousand citizens had given us through people without character with whom he is apparently also dirtying the People's Advocate. I am talking about what every citizen understands, that the AP process has turned into a ridiculous process where a party claims to have given names in the morning and at lunch with two minds, at dinner it regrets and withdraws them. And the ruling party has fallen in love with a candidate who until yesterday presented himself as an anti-system and anti-Edi Rama person," he said on Off the Record with Andrea Dangli on A2 CNN.
