“As Secretary Rubio has stated, there is no war against Venezuela or its people. We are not invading a country. "The US has arrested a drug trafficker who will now be tried in the United States, in accordance with the rule of law, for crimes committed against our people for 15 years. A similar action was taken in 1989 against Manuel Noriega.
