Trump's threat to Tehran, Iran's mission to the UN reacts: We are ready for dialogue, but if it is postponed, we will respond like never before!

Iran's mission to the UN has reacted to US President Donald Trump's military threats.
He says that "Iran is ready for dialogue based on mutual respect and interests."
But, the statement adds, that "IF IT IS POSTPONED", Iran would "Defend itself and respond like never before!".
"The last time the US was wrongly involved in the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, it wasted over 7 trillion dollars and lost more than 7,000 American lives. Iran is ready for dialogue based on mutual respect and interests – BUT IF DELAYED, IT WILL DEFEND ITSELF AND RESPOND LIKE NEVER BEFORE!", reads the message from the Iranian Mission to the UN.
Iran began suppressing protests accompanied by internet shutdowns, Trump has given mixed signals about a possible intervention.
Washington supported and joined Israel's 12-day war in June that aimed to degrade Iran's nuclear and ballistic programs and included major U.S. airstrikes on Iran's nuclear facilities.
Last time the US blundered into wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, it squandered over $7 trillion and lost more than 7,000 American lives.
