NAME/ Suspected of providing the conditions to kill the Bami brothers, the 37-year-old wanted by the GJKKO is extradited from Switzerland

Interpol Tirana has announced that citizen Jozi Kraja, 37 years old, born in Shkodra, accused by the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO) as a member of a criminal group, has been extradited from Switzerland to Albania.
According to the official announcement, the extradition was carried out after the coordination of operational actions between the Interpol Tirana Directorate and Interpol Bern. The Special Court of First Instance has assigned Krajë the security measure of "prison arrest" with a decision dated May 15, 2024.
He is accused of the criminal offenses of "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization or structured criminal group".
From the investigations of the Special Prosecution Office, it is suspected that, for a period of about four years, from December 2020 to May 2024, Jozi Kraja provided the conditions and material means to commit the murder of two brothers, Durim and Valter Bami.
The procedural materials continue to be processed by the Albanian authorities for further action.
