Bomb alert at Toptani, police officially react: Threatening email to security chief

Tirana/Preliminary information

At around 20:10, citizen A. D. notified the Tirana DVP operations room that he had received a message in his email stating that a quantity of explosives had been placed in the shopping center where he works as a security chief, which would explode at 20:30.

Police services, Engineer Forces, and Anti-Territory services immediately went to the scene, inspected the center, and found nothing illegal.

The investigative team is working to identify the citizen who sent the email and to clarify the circumstances of the case.
