The show "Stop" this Tuesday, June 2, addresses the case of a citizen from Përmet, who complains that for years he has not been able to obtain a certificate of ownership for his building, despite several applications to the responsible institutions.
"I have a house, a building in the center of Përmet, with a plot of 330 square meters, of which I donated 130 square meters to my brother and 200 square meters are mine. I have applied about 4-5 times. I have applied in Tirana, I have also applied in Gjirokastër. All the times the answers have been negative.
My documentation was very accurate, very regular. In 2016, I received a response that I had not made any interest, no application, nothing. I received a negative response. So, who moved these documents? I have 186 square meters. Land, house. Now he tells me, 77 meters, he knows you, he says, that he inserted a fake document and I have a fake one there. Now I turn to you, for a reason, because I ask for your help, so that this problem can be solved for me.”
According to him, all requests have been rejected, while he claims that his brother managed to obtain the document after paying 1,500 euros.
In the recorded conversations, the amount of 1,500 euros is mentioned as a condition for resolving the problem, while in other communications, there is talk of waiting for documents and the procedures that were being followed.
The complainant expressed his willingness to pay the requested amount in order to obtain the ownership certificate, implying that the process would not be completed without payment.
He met the right person, Enea Kushe, head of the legal sector in the Përmet municipality, who had previously been the former head of the Përmet Local Administrative Court.
The latter, after receiving the sum of 1,500 euros, managed to issue the ownership certificate in a few days.
