Tense Trump-Netanyahu phone call, Beirut military operation canceled at the last minute

A tense phone call that lasted more than an hour between US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly changed the course of the war on the Lebanese front. The dramatic communication has sparked strong reactions within Israel and shaken diplomatic developments across the region.
