Drugs from France to Australia, Albanian criminal organization goes on trial

A major international cocaine trafficking ring has appeared in court in the French city of Vannes. According to French media , it is a wide-ranging criminal organization that operated from Europe to Australia.
Investigations show that the network operated at high levels of organization, carrying out large drug shipments outside French territory.
Among the defendants are also Albanian citizens, who are suspected of having a central role in organizing and coordinating international drug trafficking.
Authorities say that Albanians provided international connections and managed shipments that went as far as Oceania and Australia.
One of the largest shipments that has attracted the attention of investigators was that of 41 kilograms of cocaine, with an approximate market value of around 3 million euros.
The network used complex structures and separate roles for each member, including drug procurement, transportation and distribution. The organization was sophisticated and aimed at evading police checks in European countries.
