Partizan has started to think about the moves it will make in the summer transfer window, as the club's leaders aim for the next season to be very different from the one that just ended. After a championship with many ups and downs and with the team remaining outside the "Final Four", there is a belief in the red environment that the team needs important interventions, but without making a revolution in the organics.

Initially, the club's priority will be to retain most of the players who are considered the core of the team and who have weight in the current group. The leaders believe that Partizan has a good base and that with some quality approaches, the team can once again become a contender for the championship title and for participation in the European Cups. However, departures are not ruled out, as several players are at the end of their contracts and are considering the possibility of continuing their careers abroad. Also, important economic offers are expected to arrive for some of the main players and the club is aware that it will be difficult to refuse if the amounts are advantageous for Partizan.

One of the departments where the most important interventions are expected is the defense. During the last season, the Reds encountered many problems in the defensive department and conceded goals that ultimately directly affected the team's objectives. Precisely for this reason, the leaders have started working to bring in a new center-back, who is expected to have characteristics suitable for the style of play that is required to be built at Partizan. The club is looking for a defender who knows how to play well with the ball at his feet, who has composure in building actions from the back and who can help the team in organizing the game from the defensive department.

The alternatives are numerous and the managers have long started the first surveys for players who could be approached during the summer transfer window. Two of the names being followed are currently active in the Albanian championship, while the club's table also has several profiles from abroad. At the moment there are no concrete negotiations yet, but the managers are collecting the necessary information to be ready when the transfer window officially opens. In the Partizan environment there is a belief that the team should be more balanced in the next season and have more competition in every department of the field.

Another objective of the leaders is that the organic team is not as overloaded as in the last season, when the team had more than 30 players and in some cases the management of the group became difficult. For this reason, the goal is for the team to have a more consolidated group, with fewer differences between the starters and the bench players. In the meantime, Partizan will continue the training process until May 31st and only after this date will the team be dispersed for the summer holidays, which will last about two weeks. During this period, the leaders aim to close the main issues related to the construction of the new team as soon as possible.

In addition to the player transfer market, the appointment of a new coach remains a priority, who is expected to have an important role in the selection of players who will be approached. The club is asking the coach and the team to start preparations for the new season with the most complete group possible, so that the team has the necessary time to work calmly and build its identity. Partizan hopes that the decisions that will be made during this summer will create the basis for a much more competitive season and for the team to return to the levels that the club's history requires.
