Rape of journalist in Shkodra, reaction from state police

Shkodra Police have reacted to the complaint of journalist Ervin Dushi, who reported that he was punched by several citizens in the "Skënderbeg" neighborhood, in front of the "Xhedis" supermarket.

The blue uniforms indicate that they have identified one of the persons, citizen P. Gj., while work is underway to identify the other persons.

" Citizen ED, a journalist, appeared at the Shkodra Police Station, reporting that at around 8:00 PM he was punched by several citizens in the "Skënderbeg" neighborhood, in front of the "Xhedis" supermarket."

Immediately after receiving the notification, the Police services carried out the first procedural actions and identified one of the persons, citizen P. Gj., while work is underway to identify other persons involved in this conflict and escort them to the Shkodra Police Station. ", the announcement states.

The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues its actions to fully clarify the circumstances of the event and its legal documentation.
