Barcelona shines, the Catalans defeat Elche and maintain the lead in La Liga

Barcelona recorded another important victory in La Liga, defeating Elche 3-1 at the Estadio Manuel Martínez Valero.
Hansi Flick's team confirmed their excellent form, achieving their 15th victory in their last 16 official matches in all competitions.
The match was opened in the 6th minute by Lamine Yamal, who continued his extraordinary performances for the Blaugrana. Elche reacted and equalized through Rodríguez in the 29th minute, but Barcelona regained control of the game and took the lead again before the break thanks to a goal from Ferran Torres.
In the second half, the Catalans managed the match well and sealed the victory in the 72nd minute with a goal from Marcus Rashford, capping off a dominant performance on the road.
With this success, Barcelona extends their unbeaten streak against Elche to 25 straight matches and remains at the top of the La Liga standings. Elche, on the other hand, remain in 12th place, despite this being only their second defeat in their last 16 home matches in the league.
In the next match, Barcelona will host Real Mallorca, a team where Albanian striker Vedat Muriqi is active.
