VIDEO/ Couple shooting at Tirana lake

A disturbing video from the Tirana Artificial Lake area is circulating online.

Some citizens, while walking, clearly heard three gunshots in pairs, without any immediate reaction from the authorities.

They reported to JOQ that, about 15 minutes later, they found a dead duck, which was suspected to have been shot with a firearm.

The event raises serious questions about safety in public spaces, but also about the protection of fauna in an area considered the green lung of the capital.

The institutional silence clearly shows the irresponsibility of the security forces, which during Rama's leadership have transformed into state police.
