Burani with spinach and eggs

Ingredients :
2 cups rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 bunch of green onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch of spinach
1 teaspoon of sweet black pepper
1 bunch of
dill Eggs as desired
Preparation :
Rinse the rice and place it in a bowl. Pour boiling water with salt and set aside for 15–20 minutes. In the meantime, sauté the green onions in a little oil. Add the spinach, which we have removed the hard fibers from and cut into large pieces. Add salt and pepper. Add the rice, mix, sautéing it a little. Add 2 cups of boiling water and cook over low heat with the lid closed. Finally, add the eggs and finely chopped dill.
