Hundreds of Vlora residents surrounded the Petro Marko Theater this evening, where the municipality was celebrating the end-of-year holidays.
Citizens opened the theater's gates and entered, issuing strong calls against the government.
"We want water," was one of the calls of the Vlora protesters, who have entered their fourth day without water.
They have occupied the hall, calling for the mayor to come and meet them.
