DP does not accept the candidacy file for mayor of Salijanj, representative: We will send it by mail

Ervin Salianj's file for the Democratic Party presidential race has not been accepted by the working group.

The representative of Salijanj left the documents at the reception, while claiming that he would deliver the respective file by mail.

In his candidacy platform, Salianji states that the Democratic Party must return to its founding values. Salianji also emphasizes that he recognizes Berisha as a historical leader of the DP, whose merits he says will be recognized forever, but asks him to take steps back and help the Democratic Party recover, renew and win.

"His time is up. Today he is a burden for the Democratic Party and all the opposition people. But his time has passed. Today he is a burden for the Democratic Party and all the opposition people.

"Today, he is outdated, backward, internationally isolated and powerless to inspire and mobilize due to the failure to keep promises and the wear and tear of 36 years of uninterrupted power. He prevents the unification of Albanians with the DP in the name of rotation. He prevents the unification of all opposition forces under the leadership of the Democratic Party," Ervin Salianj's candidacy platform states.

The same fate befell Evi Kokalari and Alesia Balliu, whose applications were not accepted.

Their representatives have left the documents at the reception desk, just like Salianji, while they have stated that they will submit the documents electronically, but the chances of them being accepted by the working group seem minimal.
