Foreign Minister Ferit Hoxha has made an unethical labeling of Albanians in North Macedonia.
In a conversation published by MP Belind Këlliçi, it is seen that Hoxha called the Albanians of North Macedonia "idiots".
" What are those Albanian idiots saying over there?" Hoxha writes in the Foreign Ministry's group chat.
According to Këlliç, this is not at all polite language for a high-ranking state official, while this is clearly his real opinion about his compatriots in North Macedonia.
It remains to be seen whether the latter will be held responsible for the indecent manner of communication.
Will Ferit Hoxha be held responsible for the way he speaks about Albanians?!
It is precisely the communication in a chat group at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, between the head and several senior officials, that shows what Ferit Hoxha really thinks about our compatriots in North Macedonia.
The ease with which he expresses himself in this offensive manner is, to say the least, arrogance.
This labeling, this vulgar language, has so surprised the Foreign Ministry employees who are part of this WhatsApp communication group that they have started sharing it.
Ferit Hoxha cannot be a chief diplomat of Tirana if he thinks this way about Albanians.
Even if it were in a limited, controlled audience and with full confidence in confidentiality, a career diplomat entrusted with the leadership of the Foreign Ministry would have no way of using this language. It is unacceptable.
There is only one way for him to prove that he has served in the most important centers of the world.
To be responsible for this communication, just as a career diplomat would be in Brussels, New York, NATO, Paris, and anywhere in the West.
