An incident occurred during the speech of the leader of the Socialist Party Group, Taulant Balla, in the Assembly. While he was talking about the People's Advocate, at one point Democratic MP Flamur Noka called him "ignorant", which also caused the reaction of Balla, who interrupted the speech and then asked to be taken out.
"This gentleman needs to come out, I'll interrupt. Until he comes out," said Balla.
Earlier, during his speech, Balla mocked the Democrats for the situation created for the Ombudsman. He said that Democratic speakers earlier in the Assembly requested a change to the agenda, but none of them gave any argument as to why such a thing should be done.
He addressed them, telling them that if you talk about rabbits, you should also mention greyhounds.
" One falls for a horseshoe, the other for a nail. No one has explained why this issue should be removed from the agenda. I heard jokes, mockery, one talked about rabbits, but if you're going to talk about rabbits, you should also talk about hounds. Because the rabbit is hunted by the hounds. If you're going to enter this discussion, I'll read you the list," he said.
Further, he added that the Democrats are mocking Besim Ndregjoni, candidate for the position of Ombudsman.
"You talk about rabbits, I'll talk about greyhounds. So I'll tell you. You said here that in the letter you cited the progress report, you say there that depoliticization... I'm sorry that you're making fun of a persecuted political figure like Ndregjoni. You've been lying to him for years that you know that Ndregjoni can't be elected because the law doesn't allow him because he's 71 years old. The law doesn't allow you. You're making fun of the castle. You don't understand the laws, but I'll explain it to you." , said Balla.
