The Democratic Party is in a constant effort to hide the deep systemic crisis within itself, and one of the ways is to try to behave as a party that is reforming, that listens to the concerns or needs of society, and that is democratizing. In fact, these efforts only make this deep crisis more visible. When something is systemic, when something has affected the essence and the entire way an organism functions, then any attempt to behave as if this crisis does not exist, any attempt to shift and reduce the essence of the crisis makes it appear even more in crisis.
A political party, especially when it is in opposition, tries to identify the problem and then identify the solution. A political party, especially in opposition, tries to show what political ideas it has, why it has these political ideas, why these political ideas are better than other ideas for the country and, most importantly, tries to show that it has not taken these political ideas just to pass the time from a book, but that they are part of its political identity and have them internalized in its values and its political leadership.
That's all. When this happens, there is no force, no government (especially a shattered and completely corrupt government like ours) to stay in power and prevent the opposition from winning the elections.
In her collection of essays and articles “Responsibility and Judgment,” which discusses extensively how politics is done, the type of political leadership, and the type of government, Hannah Arendt says that a party or a government falls into a deep crisis when it loses the ability to make moral judgments. A party or a government loses the ability to make moral judgments when no one dares to criticize the leader, no one dares to see responsibility in the leader, or, worse, when no one can think that the leader is wrong.
The Democratic Party of Albania has a crisis here. It has lost the capacity for moral judgment, it can no longer behave morally, it does not have the power to see that its leader and leadership can be wrong, can be criticized, can be seen as the problem. In the Democratic Party of Albania, anyone can be the problem, everything can be the problem, but never the leader. The elections are lost because the government steals them, the people do not come out to protest because they are apathetic or bought or afraid, the organization is lame because Flamur Noka is to blame, public communication is lame because the problem is Luciano Boçi, the branches are weak because they have servile chairmen of Flamur Noka or Flamur Noka appointed them according to his whims, the candidates for deputies are not at the right level of winners because they were appointed by Flamur Noka and Belind Këlliçi, international relations are bad because the party bureaucracy appointed by Flamur does not work, etc.

In Mao Zedong's China, after the disaster of the Great Leap Forward, where millions of people died of hunger, responsibility was often charged to local cadres who had allegedly falsified statistics or had incorrectly implemented directives. The basic idea was not in question. I am not mentioning Enver Hoxha or endless cases anywhere in the world.
The party has only one problem, only one. This problem is its total lack of capacity to make moral judgments, because it has completely lost the capacity to demand responsibility from its leader, but immorally tries to find the causes in the responsibilities of the people below. Of course, the Democratic Party makes moral statements day and night, denounces corruption, talks about honesty in politics, talks about the abandonment that the government has made to the people, the troublemakers, talks about the suffering in hospitals or state offices, but none of this is a moral judgment; on the contrary, it is an immoral judgment. These are denunciations for the purposes of the internal life of the party, so that the party can behave and be portrayed as the opposition, but it can never win the trust of the people. When Hannah Arendt talks about moral judgment, she wants to say that a party or a government has the moral authority to make such a judgment.
Thus, even increasing the number of vice-chairmen, increasing the number of secretaries, making it even larger than the Chinese Communist Party (which has 100 million members and 5.3 million organizations.
